Welcome to the NAACP Lakeland Branch Scholarship page! Here, we aim to empower and support the educational endeavors of deserving students in our community.
Our scholarship program is designed to recognize outstanding academic achievement, leadership potential, and commitment to social justice. We offer financial assistance to both currently enrolled students and incoming freshmen who demonstrate a strong dedication to their education and community.
Application Process: To apply for our scholarship, please complete the online application form by clicking the APPLY NOW button below. Be sure to carefully read the eligibility criteria and essay prompts. Your essay should reflect on the theme of social change and activism, inspired by the words of President Barack Obama: "Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek."

Application Deadline: Please note that the application deadline for the current scholarship cycle is midnight on April 26, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
